The location is fantastic. I walked easily to main tourist areas in about 25 minutes. the proximity to the main train station was so helpful! my room faced the highway, yet the soundproofing kept it quiet. i really appreciated the staff's help with storing my luggage. It made my travels smoother.

the location was convenient. It was near a tram stop and i could get to different places easily. The breakfast IS nice with a variety of options.

the staff wasn't always helpful, and i felt they could be more attentive. the gym required an extra fee, which i thought was unexpected for a four-star hotel.
